Knowing Only Defeat is the title of Collector’s new album, which is coming out in collaboration with Manchester label and C.H.A.O.S., as an 8-track LP or 10-track digital album. The Australian producer Jason Campbell actually released a new album as Collector less than a year ago, but this one, out May 15, sounds more vicious than ever. At least judging by the tracks that are on preview below. The label calls it a Newcastle hellscape, and no, that’s not Newcastle upon Tyne they’re talking about.
