Wrack is the alias of Japanese artist Noboru Okuda, who has been a prolific producer over the past five plus years. Known for mixing reggaeton, dancehall, gqom, and taiko-inspired Japanese scales into his sound, he has worked extensively with Mexican label N.A.A.F.I. and put out a brilliant record last year for Taiwanese label Over My Body As (who’ve also worked with W.ANNA.W). As a truly global style master, he landed on Colombian label Muakk with Miro last March. This is a powerful dance record that plays with Asian, African and Latin sounds on its 4 tracks.
