One of the artists I can’t wait to see at Nuit Sonores this year (which will be my first year in attendance) is Beatrice M. from Paris. They take the Soundsystem stage on the first day of the festival in Lyon and will later also appear at Primavera. Last year they had a track on this amazing compilation from Subglow, and released the EP called Eurotrash in December (which we just featured in our monthly playlist). She runs a label called Bait and has become known a sound that mixes dubstep (still seeing a revival) with techno and trance. Her debut LP is coming out on Tectonic Recordings in June. Sinking is a 11-track triple-vinyl release and you can hear one of the tracks below.
