In our playlist series we’ve so far featured 1500 tracks, and here are 20 more. All from releases we haven’t had time to feature in the magazine, but still worth all of your attention.
New music from Copenhagen-based Ydegirl and Melodi Ghazal (who finally released her album), whom I was lucky enough to catch live last summer. Also new music from dancefloor masters like Linapary, Any Mellow, Cia Rebeck and Beatrice M (can’t wait to see her at Nuit Sonores).
Local legend Marilao released a new EP, and so did Aircode in October but this one is a new single. Operelly from San Francisco and Yujin provide some dreamier sounds, as does Kiss Facility (Sega Bodega side project with Emirati-Egyptian arist Mayah Alkhateri) who are playing Nuit Sonores as well next month.
