Can you believe the highly praised Venezuelan artist Safety Trance has yet to release a full-length album? It’s kind of crazy considering how far his current project has outgrown his electro alias Cardopusher. Based in Barcelona, I’ve seen him perform at festivals from Intonal to Dekmantel and he has collaborated with Dorian Electra, Arca, La Goony and underground legends like Brodinski and DJ Loser. His blend of Latin music traditions with techno, witch house and hiphop comes to a head on sacrificio that’s coming out on UK label Club Romantico at the end of April.
