P@R!5 is a Californian artist who has been making music since 2022. Who the real people behind the project is unclear but P@R!5’s tracks are credited to Arianna Frost – a name that likely refers back to Frost Mob, the collective they’re part of together with Vyn (previously Ruevyn) and Ian Champ. Both Vyn and P@R!5 appear with AI generated avatars, I really hope the music is real because otherwise I wouldn’t want to mention it. This year they have released two EPs: Most Wanted in mid-March and then Martyr on March 20. The latter is a big departure from the trap/hyperpop sound of previous releases and is a straightup shoegaze record similar to Wisp.
One of the 5 tracks list Shy Mugler as a collaborator, and as far as I can see Shy Mugler is a member of Vixie – a fictional girlgroup in Evergreen. Evergreen is a GTA V roleplay server, but the group also has real releases, as does Shy Mugler.
