Pixy is a London-based artist mixing hyperpop and hiphop, after having performed under the name Pixxy Lua since 2021 with a more pop-oriented sound. She’s actually from Brazil and some of the tracks on her new record have lyrics in Spanish. XY is her first EP and gathers singles from the past year, including the successful ”Legacy”. In total it’s got 6 songs with several new ones including the video above. There seem to be several tracks out there right now called ”Shinigami” so I guess people are still into the Death Note movie franchise, which I personally condone.
