One my local heroes Rumina has started a new project together with Derya Di from Istanbul. In fact, it’s a three-way collaboration with DJ and CGI artist Under Arrest, who runs the Cuntry Club label out of Paris. As 2halfbloodprincesses, they explore the emotional spectrum of nostalgic trance as it meets cutting edge club sounds. While Cuntry Club has been known to have a deep love for Latin music, these three tracks are tapping into ancient Greek mythology instead, as the myth of Daphne and Apollo sets the scene for a three-way drama. It’s called B2B, as a reference to DJ culture, and Derya cast as Daphne and Rumina as Artemis.
