While we’re on the topic of Greek labels (check out the new comp from Zela too) we should mention Ferma from Athens. They are celebrating their fifth anniversary with a digital-only compilation that came out in December. Run by Morphs, Morken and Romphea – they’ve invited friends like Alonzo, Parand (pictured), Randstad and Boris Barksdale to this 21-track release, while most of them also contribute on their own. Greek names like DJ Problems, KoketaMC, Fragedis and Petros Spatharos are also involved and it feels like a family affair with lots of funky electro and heavy breaks.
