I can’t believe it’s been over five years since System Olympia’s iconic debut album came out. I just played Delta of Venus in my most recent dj set and it still sounds great. Did you know that Francesca Macri, who’s the London-based artist behind the name has released a new album today? It’s her third full-length, following a compilation curated by her from last year. She has evolved her sound above and beyond her italo and soundtrack inspired early years. And on Double Climax you get a variety of styles from the intimate to the clubby. She also released a new single with vocals (not on the album) in January, called ”El Paso”.
