Legendary French producer Brodinski has released a new album. Mono City came out January 26 via Newwrld and is his first proper album since 2024’s Old Nick. The new 14-track release is a veritable smorgasbord of collaborations. There are a number of artists involved with whom he has worked in the past, like DJ Loser, Modulaw, Slikback and 0neo, but also new ones like Helen Island who contributes vocals to ”23”. There are several hiphop artists too, who lay down rhymes to these slow and heavy movers. Throughout, Brodinski manages to keep the red thread despite the input of so many other creatives.
