DJ Würm is the alias of Brussels-based producer Gaspard Emma Hers, also known as Emma Dowdy. They’ve appeared on compilations we’ve featured from Safe Cloud Tapes, Explity, LI$ and two self-released EPs are available on bandcamp. Today, November 27 however, a new EP arrived via Explity. With 6 tracks exploring the roots and boundaries of hardcore music, Anachronism is an experimental release. Especially so, as it incorporates non-quantized tuning system on several tracks, as well as in combination with standard tunings.
DJ Würm also has a collaborative EP with Doux George out on another French label, called Faeries Records. The Despised EP (pictured above) came out at the beginning of November and consists of 4 tracks.
