What a year it’s been for Hamburg/Berlin producer L.F.T., whom I was lucky enough to see play, both solo and with Schulverweis. The year started with his best record so far, on Mechatronica, then came the Schulverweis LP and finally, next week, his fifth album is coming out on Adriani’s Mannequin label. Just in time for his appearance at Ombra in December. Hell Was Boring is a double-LP with 12 tracks, some of which feature guests like Das Kinn and Rosaceae. It was created over a couple of years, recorded to tape mostly with analogue gear and guitar. Listen to one of the track below.
