Proxoxie is the stage name of o Molly Tramell, originally from Detroit but now based in Chicago. Tramell has been known as a fanfiction writer and producer who started making music in 2021. Two years ago she released the brilliant Darling, It Wouldn’t Be Party Without You… which blended hyperpop and soundcloud rap. She has said she was fascinated by scenecore but at the same time repulsed by it. Her current sound is similar to artists like Baby Jane, who mix trance with scene elements like emo. Tramell has supported Cortisa Star and also plays in emogaze band Daughterhouse. The 11-track album Everysecondeverymoment came out back in April.
