One of the most anticipated albums for me, this side of the summer, has been the new Malibu LP. Just like the James K album, it seems to exist in an untouchable cloud of perfection. Malibu is a French artist who has hosted the show United In Flames on NTS for a half a decade (and you really need to check the episode with Oklou). Her new album is called Vanities and came out on Swedish label Year0001 a few days ago. The preceding singles helped set the bar and the video for ”Spicy City” is as crisp as it is beautiful.
