Berlin mother-of-post-punk-bands Liiek are returning with a new album called Living In a Fiction. It’ll be their first record in three years and will be coming out via Adagio830 October 23. Oskar just released an album as Ostseetraum and here is reunited with the rest of the Mangel crew. These 10 tracks were recorded and mixed by Berlin mastermind T-Rex and you can listen to one of the tracks below. It sounds like they still know just how to write nerve-wracking post-punk hits. There’s even a video, shot in Calgary.
Liiek are playing in Lippstadt next weekend, together with Pigeon, which is the same band (at least in terms of the line-up).
