First time we’re featuring a solo release from Jasss? I almost can’t believe it, but it’s true. I saw her play at the beginning of this year in a unique audiovisual performance. But it didn’t prepare me for what I hear on her new and third album Eager Buyers. It’s far from the dance floors Berlin, with a trippy sound with fluid rhythms and guitar – even pop songs. Silvia Jimenez really impresses with these 7 tracks that span just about everything I like sonically at the moment. And it comes as no surprise that James K appears on one track here, seeing as she embodies every great about music 2025.
