Erin Hopes has a brand new LP out via Lost Domain. The Scottish DJ and producer, who also runs the stellar label Manic BB, appeared on the UK label two years ago, with what was actually a compilation of sorts. Ketnology: Be My Enemy has similarly taken a few years to evolve but still manages to appear coherent in its onslaught of 4D techno – as the label calls it. Actually, Erin released another mini-album earlier this year, called Battling the Dead, without much fanfare. On the new album, which is out digitally now and soon on cd, Erin continues to prove why she is a force to be reckoned with in the underground context, and it’s a mystery why more people aren’t obsessed already.
Bitch it’s the end of time, is pretty much all there is to say.
