Monoton Tid, Malmö’s only minimal wave group and we’re proud of them. After a couple of years of very intermittent gigging and a demo, the trio finally released their first single yesterday. “Den monotona tiden” is out on longtime Stockholm punk stronghold Push My Buttons, and you’ll hear the b-side in our next radio show coming up on Tuesday. Last Thursday, Monoton Tid hosted an intimate release show in Malmö, supported by Hot – another really good duo to look out for if you like synth music.
