Misty Lane, or Elaine Desjardins as her real name was, released a single in 1983 called “Energy”. This was a one-off release produced together with Michel Bibeau and Fitz Roy, and came out on the Celsius label. It’s a beautiful slab of disco pop from Montreal and in May it was reissued by Dark Entries. The new 12” includes both the original 7” and remastered extended mixes of both sides – showing Elaine at The Chivas Club in Montreal on the cover.
