CD3 is an experimental duo consisting of Australian musician Cooper Bowman (of Altered States) and David Roeder from Germany (Nein Rodere). Roeder also plays in Primitive Structures who have previously released on Bowman’s label. As CD3 they released the album Rules For Living through Aguirre in Belgium in June. It’s one of those quietly great records that verges on background sounds at the same time as the compositions are ingenious. The album includes contributions from Amelia Besseny (of Troth), Sofie Herner (Neutral, Leda), Jon Collin, Yuta Matsumura (Th Blisks) and Sarah Pickles.
