DJ Miss Parker from New York has put out a new record where they take the production in new, 90s-inspired direction. Fuelled by hardcore, breakbeats and sampling, Miss Parker’s latest album Programmed Technologies came out via the artist’s own bandcamp at the end of June. This 8-track digital release feels completely fresh, yet uniquely Miss Parker at the same time. While the 2023 album was almost a pop record, this one feels very true to their roots.
