Ember is a new label from Copenhagen, started by a crew from Aarhus. Their first release is a compilation called No Place to Fall that came out July 10. The only artist I knew about previously is DJ Hauge, who contributes an amazing track called “Crestfallen”. The artists seem to all be local, with the mysterious RockBand perhaps being my favourite out of these 10 tracks, that are available as pay-what-you-want. There’s a nice post-club, emo, ambient trance over most of the music.
