Here’s great punk 45 from Sistema Obsoleto – definitely the first time we’re featuring a band from Macedonia. They actually sing in Portuguese though, and the 7” came out on Canadian label Neon Taste back in April. Esmagado Pela Engrenagem Capitalista is a full-on 5-track onslaught of oldschool d-beat punk. It’s their debut release, so not bad at all. But they did appear on this great benefit comp earlier in the year.
