Picture That is a St. Louis duo that consists of the twins Allison Durham and Shawn Durham (who has also played with Flasher). In October their first EP called Strum was released by the local Inscrutable label. There are 6 tracks on the 12” and they are all incredible, especially if you like the mid-90s independent labels and bands like Unrest and The Pastels.
