It wasn’t long since Ole Mic Odd from Los Angeles put out his latest EP, but then another dropped just over a month ago. Cave Dweller is a new 4-track cassette that is available from local LA label Jungle Gym. They’ve been around for years and I remember coming across them a long time ago because of Spectral Fields, but they’ve also released stuff by Slowfoam and founder Dravier.
The new record is a departure from Padgett’s usual break heavy sound and goes in more techno/industrial direction.
