Gloria de Oliveira is a German-Brazilian multidisciplinary artist whose 2020 debut Fascination was criminally overlooked, being released in Germany only. After teaming up with Dean Hurley in LA, they created a this beautiful album for Sacred Bones, whom Hurley was already signed to. Hurley is mostly known for creating most of the music for the third season of Twin Peaks by David Lynch. On Oceans of Time, the duo also tackle a legendary song called “All Flowers in Time Bend Toward the Sun” that was co-written by Jeff Buckley and Elizabeth Frazer (Cocteau Twins).
