Interplanetary label boss Mtheorem is back with a new tape on Invisible Animals, after several tapes and 12″ on his own Buenos Aires label last year. A World Too Vicious to Love, which came out the Russian label in January, is almost a mini-album that opens with the 9-minute slow build of “Deep Contact”. Having established a connection, it breaks into the industrial title-track and the suggestive “Lust Slave” (sounding almost like Nine Inch Nails). Ranging from experimental to full on techno beats, it’s an intriguing release that is quite far from the EBM styles of the Always Blood 12″.
