Isotope Soap

Well if it isn’t the first proper album from Swedish punks Isotope Soap, albeit a short one. After two 45s and a 12″ with 8 tracks, the latest record is called An Artifact of Insects. It was originally meant to be out on Neck Chop last year, but after some delays Push My Buttons picked up the baton. It’s only been a couple of days since the release but I’ve already listened to tracks like “New World Boredom” a heap. Like most of the tracks it’s got a definite NWI scene influence, but with their own take. They’ve even squeezed in a EBM kinda number called “Zanfretta”, after the Italian security guard who was abducted by aliens in the 70s.
