Here’s another great little single that came out on Neck Chop recently. Made up of Michael from Trampoline Team and Buck Biloxi, Penance Hall is a duo making lofi synth-punk. “Covered In Shit” on the a-side moves to a machine-like beat and “Take Me to the Bar Fight on the flip sounds like some of Useless Eaters’ later material. The cover art has the band name attached to the inscription “this is a government of law not of men”, see what they did there?
