It’s only a few days since Surfbort’s new EP came out on the Modern Sky label, but it’s sold out. No wonder, since the band just keeps getting better. The new 4-track EP, released on 10″ vinyl, starts off with two of the group’s angriest numbers yet. “You Don’t Exist” in particular will get all you KBD-lovers out there something to whet your appetite. Between this, their February release (the Billy EP on Muddguts) and the new Amyl LP, there’s enough to keep you going throughout the summer. Surfbort sure know how to deliver quality punk jams with clever lyrics like those to “New World Hoarder”.
