Two great bands who played together in Malmö last year. Sweden’s Nightmen just released their first album and it’s killer – even better than that first Terrible Feelings EP. Check out the video for “Beach Party” below and make sure to pick up a copy of Fifteen Minutes of Pain afterwards.
You haven’t missed the fact that Sheer Mag unleashed their third EP, have you? I preordered my copy from Monorail ages ago and now it’s turned up. As expected, all four tracks are brilliant. I’ll definitely be giving both this and the Nightmen LP a spin at the end of May when HYMN are DJing at the Quilt gig in Lund. Quilt’s Plaza is easily one of the best albums of the year so far, at least in my book.
